On August 19, our Human Resources team, represented by Rafaela Albano Ribeiro and Caroline Kraus Rizzo, attended the 52nd edition of CONARH, held at São Paulo Expo. Considered the largest HR event in Latin America, the conference brought together professionals and experts from different sectors to discuss the main challenges and trends shaping the future of work.
Under the theme “Global Brazil: The Future of Management Is Human,” this year’s edition placed the relationship between technological advances and the role of people within organizations at the center of the discussions. In an environment of increasingly rapid change, the debates highlighted the importance of developing new skills, leadership approaches, and ways of working, while keeping the human dimension at the forefront.
Attending the event gave our team the opportunity to closely follow emerging practices and perspectives in the field and broaden its understanding of the themes shaping the workplace, bringing back ideas that can help us continue evolving and contributing to an increasingly positive environment for everyone.
