Elections 2026
Markets in Focus
We welcomed Murillo Aragão, CEO of Arko Advice, in São Paulo, and Luciano Dias, Managing Partner at CAC Consultoria Política, in Rio de Janeiro, for two discussions on Brazil’s 2026 elections and the outlook for the country’s political landscape. The conversations were led by Henrique Santos, Partner and Head Portfolio Manager at Turim, in São Paulo, and João Felipe Bandeira de Mello, Portfolio Manager at Turim, in Rio de Janeiro.
Throughout the meetings, we discussed voter behavior and the interpretation of polling data, regional patterns in the electoral race, and the importance of key states in the presidential election. We also explored the outlook for the composition of Congress and the different political dynamics that may emerge from the election results.
The discussions offered perspectives on a political landscape that is still taking shape and on how its potential developments may influence the economy, markets, and long-term decision-making.
Two meetings designed to broaden our understanding of the forces likely to shape Brazil in the years ahead.
